Ingredients
- 1 white onion, diced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 2 garlic cloves
- 500 g beef mince
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- 3 tbsp Tingly Ted's
- 1 beef stock cube
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 200 g pasta sheets
- 200 ml ready made bechamel
- 100 ml shredded mozzarella
Instructions

In a skillet, add olive oil onion, carrot and garlic, saute until the veggies are softened. Then add your mincemeat, fry until the meat begins to brown, season gently.

Add your tomato paste and cook until the paste begins to toast, pour in your chopped tomatoes, teds, stock cube and herbs and spices. Allow to simmer and the ragu to cook down.

Once the sauce is ready, add your past to the top of the sauce, snapping the pasta sheets as you add. Turn off the heat and pour over your bechamel. Top with the shredded mozzarella and pop in the oven. Cook until bubbling and cooked through. Serve with teds and enjoy!
