Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery (known as the “cooling-off period”).

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with the below information:

  1. Order number (available within the confirmation email, or in Your Account);
  2. The item(s) you’d like to return; and
  3. The reason for returning the item(s).

We will then provide you with further instructions and an authorisation to return the item(s).

Please note that all items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged and unused - including all tags and packaging. In the case of food products, expired or opened products cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item(s) are not returned in their original condition.

In the event of a return, we will refund the full purchase price of your order to your original method of payment. Please note that only standard delivery charges are refundable. Any amount in excess of this for premium delivery is non-refundable.

At your expense (unless the product is faulty or not as described), you shall send back the product without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your refund request (i.e. your withdrawal from the Contract).

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us. We recommend that you use durable packaging and a tracked shipping service when returning your item(s) as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.

We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

In the unlikely event that the products are faulty, damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team and provide photographic evidence within 30 days of delivery to request a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
